Dept of Computer Applications organized a National Conference on Advancement in Computer Applications on 15th and 16th December. Dr. R Vijayakumar, Director, School of Computer Science, M G University inaugurated the conference. Mr. P V Mathew, Chairman, FISAT Governing body presided over the function.Dr. K S M Panicker, Dr. C Sheela, Mr. E K Rajavarma, Prof. S Praveen, Mr. Paul P Joseph and Ms. Deepa Mary Mathew spoke on the occasion.
Scientists and subject experts like Dr. Ravindra Guruvannar (IIT, Hydrabad), Dr. Navin Sivadasan (IIT, Hydrabad), Dr. G Raju (Kannur University), Dr. KSM Panickar (FISAT) etc. lead the various sessions. More than 40 technical papers were presented and discussed in the two day meet. 50 delegates from colleges around the country participated in the conference
